Conditions of the participation and rules of the Sale

Every retail Customer, who during the time of the sale of remainders of series makes a single purchase of the fabric that is on sale, may use a 15% discount,
The 15% discount awarded due to the Sale to the retail Customer is calculated basing on the retail gross price on the website,
From the SALE we exclude items already discounted in section https://efutro.com.pl/eng_m_Sale-256.html and https://efutro.com.pl/eng_m_Stock-clearance-252.html
To the Products purchased during the Sale, provisions of Terms and Conditions are applied,
Every Customer participating in the Sales states that it has read the Terms and Conditions and does not question its provisions. Taking part in the Sale constitutes accepting the aforementioned Terms and Conditions of the Sale.

Final provisions

Taking part in the Sale constitutes that the Customer agrees with the aforementioned Terms and Conditions.
The Organiser reserves the right to change the provisions of the Terms and Conditions based on serious reasons, such as technical- organisational issues. Each change shall be announced at the website www.efutro.pl
In matters not regulated by the Terms and Conditions of the Sale, appropriate provisions of the Civil Code apply. Discords arising from the application of the provisions regarding the Transactions concluded between the Customer and the Store within the of the sale of remainders of series shall be settled by the Court of Law.
