Conditions of the participation and rules of the Promotion

Every retail and wholesale Customer, who during the time of ‘Cutting down the Prices’ Promotion makes a single purchase of the fabric that is on sale, may use a 10% discount,
The Promotion allows the Customer to receive a discount for every material purchased in a quantity over 1 linear metre, ,
The 10% discount awarded due to the Promotion to the retail Customer is calculated basing on the retail net price on the website,
The 10% discount awarded due to the Promotion to the wholesale Customer is calculated basing on the wholesale net price on the website,

To the Products purchased during the Promotion, provisions of Terms and Conditions are applied,
Every Customer participating in the Promotion states that it has read the Terms and Conditions and does not question its provisions. Taking part in the Promotion constitutes accepting the aforementioned Terms and Conditions of ‘Cutting down the Prices’ Promotion.

Final provisions

Taking part in the Promotion constitutes that the Customer agrees with the aforementioned Terms and Conditions.
In matters not regulated by the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion, appropriate provisions of the Civil Code apply. Discords arising from the application of the provisions regarding the Transactions concluded between the Customer and the Store within the ‘Cutting down the Prices’ Promotion shall be settled by the Court of Law.
The Organiser reserves the right to change the provisions of the Terms and Conditions based on serious reasons, such as technical- organisational issues. Each change shall be announced at the website www.efutro.pl
