TERMS & CONDITIONS OF 'JUNE DEALS' ACTION

General provisions of 'JUNE DEALS' action.

1. The organiser of the ACTION is ANZA Andrzej Zaborowski, Nowa Street 16/18 90-031 Łódź, Poland

2. The ACTION is valid only on the e-shop platform of efutro.pl

3. The ACTION takes place between 5.06.2020 and 28.06.2020

Terms and rules of the ACTION

1. Each retail customer, who files an order woth min. 125 EUR (excluding shipping costs) during the ACTION, will receive a discount voucher -15% on their next order.

1.1. The -15% discount is applied to the gross price currently displayed in the shop.

1.2. The -15% discount does not apply to the shipping cost.

1.3. The discount voucher is valid until 31.08.2020

1.4. the discount voucher may not be exchanged for cash.

2. Products purchased during the ACTION are subject to the general Terms & Conditions of the e-shop efutro.pl

3. Each retail customer participating in the action states, that they have familiarised themselves with the Terms and Conditions of the ACTION stated in the document, and that they agree with its provisions. Participating in the ACTION equals accepting the TERMS & CONDITIONS of the ACTION.

Final provisions

1. Participating in the ACTION equals accepting the TERMS & CONDITIONS of the ACTION.

2. To matters unregulated by the TERMS & CONDITIONS of the ACTION, the appropriate provisions of the Civil Code apply. All disagreement resulting from the conductiong of the ACTION shall be resolved by the Court of General Jurisdiction.

3. The Organiser reserves the right to change the TERMS & PROVISIONS of the ACTION for important reasons only, especially technical & logistic. Each change will be announced on the website, www.efutro.pl.
